Last night I attended a progressive dinner fund raiser put on by our church.
The food was over the top. Every one made their best dishes with no skimping on the fats and carbs. There was wine flowing at all three houses on the tour and good conversation too. We all had a lovely evening.

I had two goals for the end of September:
1) To get under 340 (check).
2) To get my BMI under 50.
Made the first one. Didn't quite make the second one but I'm so, so close. I'm currently at 50.03. Hoping to hit it tomorrow. I'm much closer than I was at the beginning of September so that's something.

I missed my appointment yesterday. I thought it was at 1:15 and it was at 11:15 so now I have to rebook. The pain is now from my hip to past my knee.
I am taking meds every four hours.
