Got hit with a sodium bomb of epic proportions yesterday, so I am showing a bloat gain this morning. I knew I ate a LOT of sodium and expected this bounce (almost didn't weigh because I knew I'd hate the number). Hopefully I'll get rid of it in a day or two.
I came down with a terrible sore throat yesterday, which is why the sodium - lots of canned foods, and I also had three pieces of cheesy bread that DH picked up from Domino's Pizza. I don't think it's strep; there appears to be a sore throat going around campus that I picked up from the students. That sore throat I picked up turned into a full-blown cold and I took it easy on Sunday. Scale still budged a little, but I'm not going to be working out until I can take deep breaths without coughing! I didn't weigh in on Sunday morning, just plum forgot.
