Getting back at it
Good evening. I was using Fit Day for several years with success. I have been off it for a while and have gained quite a bit of weight. I need the weekly weigh ins for accountability. Can I join here for Friday weigh ins?

All are welcome. The more the better. When you want to add your name and weight just quote the last posting with all the names and then delete the info other than the weight. Add your name and weight then the next Friday add your new weight. I'll copy the last one for you so it's even easier.

I'm down 4.4 lbs. this week and at my lowest yet! Yooohoooo!!!!
