If feel absolutely ill seeing that number! I'm determined to make changes though, so I'll just take a deep breath and do what I already know how to do...to turn things around. I can cry about or do something about it!

Your struggles don't define failure Libby! I remember the determination and success that we both had when we were doing the New Years Eve challenge. We did so well! I know we can do it again!!
Let's make this summer epic!

Talk about a whoosh!?!? I'm down 8.8 lbs. since Monday. Does anybody else retain water like crazy!?!?! I'm happy to be back down....at least back to my plateau weight. Now let's see what damage I can do over the next week!
