There was no joy at the scales today. I gained a bit back. not much still way ahead after 4 weeks. Has it really been 4 weeks?. I had a ruff week ate fewer veggies and did not exercise as much. I just can't do exercise or yard work with the head throbbing. I think I got more sleep in the chair in front of the computer last night then in my bed. Sage brusdh is blooming and that is not good news for the sinuses.

I was heavy on the carbs and fat today because that is what my DH gave me.
I spent most of the day on the couch watching TV or napping. This won't help my weight any.

I hope you feel better soon Libby. I'm better enough that I had "revenge of the missing appetite" today and made a piggy of myself. Oh well, it's just one day and back on the wagon tomorrow.
