if you're like me and can't stick to eating salads with vinaigrette-type dressings every day, and want a more creamy-ceasar-ranch dressing-like, i have found that using tzatziki dip works well. most are around 22/23 calories per tablespoon. i usually use spinach for the salad, and have a side of low fat cottage cheese. the entire meal is around 135 calories (i add some yellow peppers for more flavor). i try to eat this low-cal meal for lunch/dinner so i can be a little more lenient with my calories for the other meal. it is also pretty satisfying!

Sherry vinegar, champagne vinegar, seasoned rice wine vinegar - I'm finding that I'm happy using some vinegars alone (without oil) on salads, fish, vegetables. Many have a higher sugar content than plain vinegar, so you have to watch that.

I love salads using all colors regarding greens including pears, kale, broccoli, lettuce, spinach, pumpkin, cucumber and so forth. There are several models of salads When i ingest our regular diets. They are all regarding restricted calories from fat.
