Default Wild dewberries

I just picked some wild dewberries. I'm so happy to see the nutrition panel for them in fitday too. Lots of vitamin C and manganese and even some magnesium.

Hmm, I've never heard of them before. Now that I see they are relatives of blackberries, I'm sure I've eaten wild ones myself along the trail while backpacking on the Blue Ridge. Wild and free is the best!

The only problem is they're harder and harder to find lately because people keep building over the berry patches.
