Default Healthy Alternatives - PIZZA + KEBAB


All my favourite foods which are not too good for me will still be eaten by I will be working out alternatives for the recipe and will share on my youtube channel. The Chicken Kebab and Tortilla Pizza are seriously good. The Egg Pizza is awesome for loading protein.

The beautiful thing is all three are a total of 1130 calories! Means bonus fruits, bonus protein shake and bonus breakfast meal for me to reach about 1700 calories!!

YUM and I get to stuff my face!
Starting point - 196.4 lbs - 27.2% BF - 23 April 2012

Current weight - 194.2 lbs - 26.5% BF - 1 May 2012

4th July 10% Challenge - 177 lbs - 4 July 2012
