Question about Carbs

So when I enter my food log I come up with a lot of carbs approx 100...with that they are from V-8 juice~Veggies~fruit~oatmeal~cottage cheese etc. No Bread, no pasta. My protein is about 120...tons of water plenty of Fiber. Total calories between 1400-1800 a day. Is this high carb count going to hinder my weight loss even though they are from "good" foods???Any help on this would be appreciated

The main thing is to watch calories in versus out. There's a lot of other tricks, but 100 grams of carbs is NOT going to hurt.
Does it look like higher carbs has hurt my weight loss?
