Thanks, Dee! This isn't really a dessert, but if I have a sweet craving that won't quit, I like to bake a high-fiber, low carb tortilla in the oven till crispy, then top with margarine or butter (or spray butter) and cinnamon sugar (or splenda, I guess you could do).

It's quick and easy and the tortillas I have are 17 g carbs but 12 g fiber, and 71 calories. They're the Ole Extreme Wellness brand and I think they taste the best; some of the high fiber ones can be kind of stiff .

Mango, approximately 136 calories a mango, though you would need to weigh the flesh with a food scale to get the most accurate count.

Slice the mango on one side of the inner seed/core and then hold the cut piece and score the flesh with vertical and horizontal lines, then flip the the piece inside out so the cubes stick out. You can easily slice these from the leather-like skin. Do the same for the other side of the mango and then the rest of the flesh from the mango is easy to remove as well. Discard the peel and inner seed/core.

Enjoy the sweet, delicious mango flesh. Healthier than the standard desserts and just as sweet if ripe.
