Default How is performance recognized and rewarded

I am a high achiever and I want to know if my extra effort will actually be noticed. Is the salary review process transparent? Are there bonuses for hitting specific project milestones? I am looking for a company that has a clear system for rewarding those who go above and beyond for the team.
