Hello
I eat like 50% + raw in fruits, veg's, grains, sprouts,
I also drink blended drinks made in vita mix blender is awesome
is there a simple way to calculate values /of versus individual on lists??
example; I soak grains and nuts in seperate jars
of filtered water in fridge to make fresh milks,
for breakfast = a beautiful green color creates
rice milk is 2 oz of soaked org brown rice
with 16 oz of water blend on high then I add
1 oz of org spinach
1 oz of walnuts
2 oz of bannana
I have lots energy for like 5 plus hours = 28 oz of liquid
as am out of chia seeds so using walnuts for protien source
as looking at yesterdays food journal looks like alot yet is blended so?
also for in salads shredded organic vegetables ,like all squashes sprouts, etc
I look forward to any & all thoughts here
thank you
from;

I'm not really sure if this is what you're asking, but if you want to calculate the value of a serving of a recipe rather than loading each individual ingredient into your food log, you can use this website Recipe Calculator and then enter the results into FitDay as a custom food.
