i actually don't know too much about desserts or nutrition good for health. Yesterday morning I ate 2 breakfast sandwiches, tea. For lunch ham sandwich with cranberry juice and for dinner stir fry beef, broccoli, white rice and potato salad with juice. I have the worst sweet tooth which I eradicate completely if that even possible. Is this right? oh i also taking tongkat ali supplement from vital herbal for the past 2 weeks as recommended by a friend who had great luck with building my muscle..

One thing I'd add that's been a game-changer for me: frozen banana "nice cream." Just blend frozen bananas (the riper, the better) with a splash of almond milk until smooth, and you get something that genuinely tastes like soft-serve ice cream — no added sugar, no guilt. You can throw in some cocoa powder or peanut butter to mix it up. It's also dead easy to bring to gatherings in a container and pass off as dessert without anyone questioning it.
The point someone made about eating before you go is underrated too. Showing up already satisfied takes away 90% of the temptation. I used to white-knuckle through dessert tables; now I just genuinely don't want most of what's there.

Healthy desserts don’t have to feel like a compromise anymore — a lot of cafés and restaurants now create options with natural sweeteners, fresh fruit, yogurt bases, and refined ingredient swaps that still taste great. The key is actually finding places that present their menu well, because when dishes are clearly described and beautifully shown, it’s much easier to choose something that fits your goals. That’s why good Menu Photography Melbourne can make a real difference — it highlights quality desserts in a way that helps you spot genuinely healthier (and still delicious) options when ordering out.
