Turkey Meatloaf?

Funny you should ask. I just made this one tonight. I've made it many times, and it is always great. I always cut the recipe in half unless I want meatloaf for two weeks.
I also use a lot less oil to saute the onions, and I mix regular ground turkey with turkey breast to lighten it more.

I'd bet if you put 2 or 3 strips of bacon over the top it would add a lot of flavor and you'd just get a little bacon on each piece. I don't think you have to skip what you really love - just use less of it.
Mmmm, I think I'm going to have leftovers in a meatloaf sandwich today, yum!
