Monday-3/27 Cereal, Rice and Chicken-618 calories
Tuesday-3/28-Cereal, Egg and cheese Sandwich-510 calories
Wednesday-3/29 Turkey Sandwich, Grapes-552 calories

My calories are coming from these foods that I have been eating. I have changed my diet and try not to eat as much as I did before and Im working out everyday on top of that.

I think I am meeting my nutritional requirements because I have been eating more on the healthy side for the most part.

I decided to exclude sugar and gluten from nutrition. I also don't eat fried and fatty food. Mainly my diet consists of vegetables, fruits, nuts, meat, fish, and seeds. I also take supplements to avoid vitamin deficiency. Speaking about supplements, any Melaleuca reviews? I came across this website recently but first I am curious to read reviews.

Hey there! This is very cool, I also minimized my portions and now I eat much less, and I visit the gym three times a week. Moreover, I now see food as a medicine rather than a resource for pleasure.
