There are many things to consider when preparing for IVF treatment, and one important aspect is your diet. Eating the right foods can help your body to better respond to the treatment and improve your chances of success. Some general guidelines for eating during IVF treatment include getting plenty of nutrients, staying hydrated, and avoiding processed foods and sugary drinks. eating plenty of leafy greens, lean protein, and healthy fats can help to support your body during this time. In addition, there are a few specific foods that may be particularly beneficial during IVF treatment. These include wild yams, which contain a natural hormone that can help to regulate the menstrual cycle; omega-3 fatty acids, which can help to reduce inflammation.
