There’s a huge difference between dry quinoa going into the pot to be cooked, and the finished product being served... our food ‘dictionary’ here lands with a resounding THUD! Only one entry with no hint as to cooked or raw... can it be updated?

Hi, Kamila...are you thanking me for raising the issue or did I miss something? Still don’t have any new info, but a couple of people aimed me at a different website they visit when looking for hard-to-find data. I’ll get back here if I find anything...

We eat a lot of quinoa and couscous at home—it's become a staple in our meals. They're both so versatile, easy to prepare, and great for creating healthy, balanced dishes. Whether it's a light salad with veggies or a warm bowl with roasted meats, quinoa and couscous are perfect foundations for just about any meal. Plus, they’re quick to cook, making them ideal for busy weeknights when we need something nutritious but don’t have much time to spend in the kitchen

I also love quinoa, but unfortunately, I don’t have any at home right now. It's such a nutritious and versatile grain that I can use in so many different dishes, from salads to stir-fries. Today, I’ll be writing to costco email to ask them to deliver some quinoa along with my other groceries. I love how easy it is to order from them, and their selection is always top-notch. I can't wait to have it back in my pantry so I can whip up some delicious, healthy meals
