Dinner

I've always had a hard time deciding what to have for dinner. I know the answer is salads but I'm running out of salad recipes. Very tired and bored of eating the same salad. What's a good salad recipe ?

Last night I made a salad of canned, drained artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, thin slices of onion, parsley and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix and chill for 4 hrs in refrigerator. Pretty good, colorful and along side a grilled pork chop, an easy supper. Vicki

I would like to add my point of view...you must add some chat masala in your salad...it makes more tasty...

It's not supposedly about salads, there are other foods like cottage cheese, tuna fish, and others for dinner that are weight loss friendly. Just keep searching for the optimum weight loss foods for your body and try to search for foods that increase metabolic rate, they can be really helpful.
