Oral Allergy Syndrome
Does anyone else suffer from Oral Allergy Syndrome?
I was diagnosed a few weeks ago. I'm a vegetarian developing allergies to fruits and vegetables! Ahh!!! I think I'm officially the pickiest eater in the world.
If you have OAS...which fruits and vegetables bother you? Has the number of troublesome foods increased, decreased, or stayed the same? Any tips or tricks?
