I love Chinese food, but I'm worried that it might be too high in calories for me. And here the problem with the calories is not so much that I'm trying to lose weight, but that I have stomach problems and am currently undergoing treatment. I have an incredible desire to speed up the results of my treatment, so I am very careful about what I eat. Of course, the right meds that I found here in Canada Drugs are already helping. But only with my approach to nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, then I will be able to feel good.

I totally get you! Mongolian beef is tricky because of the sauce. 250 for half a cup seems reasonable, but I always try to guess a bit higher just to be safe. And hey, measuring your food at the table is dedication—your Christmas goal is gonna be worth it!

Can you recommend any alternatives to Chinese food that are healthy and tasty?
