Oppsies Rolls - Oh, so good

They are delish!!
Could use for sandwiches, etc. or just warm with butter.
6 eggs seperated in 2 different bowls
Beat egg whites till stiff w/peaks
Stir or beat yokes till mixed well
Then fold yokes into whites till mixed (but don't over mix or beat)
Drop on cookie sheet - I got 12 from the 6 eggs.
*You could get bigger or smaller, your choice
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Watch carefully.
They look kind of like a crossiants to me.
I used that new non-stick tin foil on my cookie sheet.
Put in fridge when cool.
I used my hand mixer but probably use table mixer too. YUMMY!

Here's a low-carb variation on the Oopsie roll that will allow you to have a real hamburger. This one makes a nice sandwich bread, too:
