Today so far so good breakfast was a cup of milk and 15 kelloggs frosted mini wheats cereal.
Been doing really poorly last couple of days overeating eating junk I devoured a whole medium dominos pizza
in two days!! YIKES 340 cals x 8 slices = 2720 calories there alone!! 
Today I promise myself to do better

Hello everyone, I'm doing Whole 30 and I'm over halfway there. I've lost a solid 7 lbs. thus far. Even if I didn't need to lose weight, this is a great way to eat. No empty calories! I eat vegetables, meat and some fruit (no juice, too many calories). I go without anything with white flour or sugar, except for sugar that's naturally in whole fruit. If ya get the Whole 30 book (It Starts With Food), it is very encouraging with short testimonies at the start of each chapter.
