Hi, everyone. I just hit my weight goal almost a month early. I had no idea how long it would take to lose 10 lbs., now I have a better idea... I think. Anyway, do I need to change my 'Starting Weight' # when I enter my next weight goal? I'm only setting a 3 lb. goal by May 5th, but the FD calculator says that I have to cut down my calories to 1300 a day! I was eating slightly over 2100 and it must've been right because I lost 10 lbs since March 19th.
I don't want to sabotage my success, so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, Congratulations. It seems to be that yes, you need to put your current weight to set your next weight loss goal. I believe thisis how Weight Watchers used to do it when I was there.
congratulations again.

Thanks a lot, Sensuous1. That's what I thought, and I guess I'll find out how it works after a week and see if I'll have to adjust.
