Starting Weight Question for Weight Goal
Hi, everyone. I just hit my weight goal almost a month early. I had no idea how long it would take to lose 10 lbs., now I have a better idea... I think. Anyway, do I need to change my 'Starting Weight' # when I enter my next weight goal? I'm only setting a 3 lb. goal by May 5th, but the FD calculator says that I have to cut down my calories to 1300 a day! I was eating slightly over 2100 and it must've been right because I lost 10 lbs since March 19th.
I don't want to sabotage my success, so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. |
Starting Weight Question for Weight Goal
Hi, Congratulations. It seems to be that yes, you need to put your current weight to set your next weight loss goal. I believe thisis how Weight Watchers used to do it when I was there.
congratulations again. |
