too much iron

I notice when I check my OVERVIEW iron is way up there. Yet on the daily food log isn't one of the items, so I'm not able to see where I'm getting all this iron.
Can anyone help me with this dilemma?

On your food log, click on the name of the food to get to the nutrition facts. Scroll down to find IRON That will give your % daily value. Most of the iron will be in the animal protein foods and the cereal/grains/breads.
