Journaling activities
I've been using this program for a couple months and it has been a great tool and lots of help. I have been journaling my activities and was not sure if I should be adding my time sleeping(7-8 hours) everyday? I have my life style as seated work and some movement.

No, you do not have to journal your sleeping time. This is taken into account with your lifestyle selection. The tool uses the average sleep time for people in that category.
