I don't want to lose weight...
I want to gain weight, but the settings wont let me log my goal weight! How can I change that? I want to gain mass.. is there any way FITDAY can help me? :confused:

The problem has been posed before in these forums. I don't think there is a way around.
If you log your food, your weight, and your activities, I don't know how to motivate weight gain other than noticing what works in your case to achieve that goal. But as to setting a goal weight that is more than your current weight, I can't answer that! |

I am posed with the same problem.. It is just as hard for some to gain weight as it is for others to lose it! Please fix this glitch.. Other than that, fitday seems to be a pretty complete nutritional tracking tool. :mad:
