Question Newbie. Activity tab question

Not sure if I'm in the right part of the forum...!
I have been using fit day for a few days now and it's BRILLIANT! However I'm not sure what is happening with my activities tab. If I walk 6.5km my pedometer (a pretty accurate one) shows I've used about 350cals . However the activities tab shows I have used 3! Even common sense tells me this is way too low! Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong pls?

hi!

I'm quite new to FitDay myself and this may sound silly, but did you enter the amount of time you spent walking?

Hi MollySue, Did you try entering it with a colon? So it would be 1:30 for one hour 30 mins

Ty Blackrhino2! The colon solved the problem! I was using a point instead and it didn't register that!
