Body-Fat Percentage

I dug into the "FitDay PC," and I couldn't find anywhere in the software anything about the body-fat percentage, how can I track my BF%?

The most accurate way I've found to track Body Fat is a DEXA scan. Google it -- don't think I could properly give the technical details!
