Default Should have read the "Sticky" before asking this question about contacting FD

I bought Fit Day download software in '09 for $19.99. My computer recently crashed and now I can't get my downloaded version 2. It's the free version and the little bit of info that is on there is from years ago, even my birthdate is wrong. How do I get my version with the info that was on there back? I have a registration number, but it won't let meput the registration in any where.

How can I contact fit day about problems downloading? Is there a phone number that I can call to talk to someone?

Rather than starting another thread, all you have to do is read the sticky in the FitDay PC forum.
