Default Calculating sandwich/wrap

Just started using this site. I had a wrap with chicken breast, coleslaw, cheese & tomatoe for lunch. The closest thing I could find in food list was a chicken cheese and veg wrap and that is saying it is 690 Cals is that correct seems v high ??
Thanks

I did what I always do when I am not sure the Fitday estimate reflects what I actually ate I added the ingredients seperately. Here is what I got:
FOOD CALORIES
Tortilla Large 218
Cheese (1 slice) 86
Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw w/dressing (2oz) 83
Tomato (1/2" slice) 5
Chicken Breast (4oz) cooked 183
TOTAL 575

Adjust the quantities to fit what you ate, don't forget to add the salad dressing (like ranch dressing) if any as they carry alot of calories. It amazed (scared) me when I started how many calories I was actually eating. Realize that this could be a healthy meal with 200 less calories just by eliminating the wrap. Of course you can't eat it in the car that way, lol. Good luck on your journey.
