How to access recommended RDA charts, etc?

I've just joined Fitday because we have to fill out a 3-day dietary assessment for a nutrition class. I created an account, but did not print out the recommended daily nutrient intake chart after filling in my stats.

The instructions for the assignment say to make an account, and then once all the info is entered (height, weight, physical activity level, etc) to print out the charts for:
"Total Calories and % of calories from macronutrients (fig. 1)
Nutrition table with all micronutrient information (fig. 2)
% RDA chart (fig. 3)
Calorie Balance (fig. 4)"

I have the charts once I put in my food and activity, but I can't find out how to see my general recommended daily macronutrient intakes for protein, carbs, fats.

Can someone help me figure out how to do this?
