Default Basal Metabolism

I enter a custom BMR and it is not accepted. I do save the changes. I have taken everything out and started opver. It overrides what I enter

Keep in mind that the # you enter in the custom field is BMR, Lifestyle is then added to it. For example my custom BMR is 1658, once my lifestyle is factored in it shows my calories burned at 2401 per day before any activity is logged. I usually get 6 hours of sleep a day, once I log that my calories for the day DROPS to 2180 per day.

If you already took that into consideration then make sure that the circle to the left of "Use a Custom Baseline" has been selected with the dot inside of it.

Let me know if this helps explain it.
