Hi everyone,
So I actually signed up awhile ago for an assignment for my Nutrition class last fall, but just recently realized that I've gained the "med school 20" (like the freshman 15, but worse) and I figured I needed some motivation to reverse that...
Anyway, I was wondering about the activity logs and wasn't sure where else to post this question. Are you supposed to input the hours you sleep every day or does your basic activity level setting assume a night's sleep?
