When I click on "weight goal" then "calorie balance" it says the calories I have burned are 2391, I should restrict 989 so I can eat 1402 calories. Makes sense so far...
However, when I click on "activities" then "calories burned" it says I have burned 2776 calories (2308 from lifestyle and 468 from exersice.)
So why are the amount of calories I burn different? This makes a big difference for how many calories I can eat.
Thanks for listening
Dana

Thanks jjeand
So I'm asuming that I should probably be going by the amount that includes the additional exercise. It's so strange that they do it like that. Especially because, I assume, the one that counts for the standard 24 hours in the one that they use to make the calculations.
Thanks again,
Dana

Look at the calories for 24 hours compared to the calories for lifestyle plus exercise, they are not the same. They both equal 24 hours, but the calories are different.
Thanks though
I think I figured it out. I just have to manually put the numbers in.
