Why doesn the system work?
I have set up an account on the webpage. I downloaded teh app (so it can read the scales) and entered the exact same data and it tells me that the password is incorrect .. I guess its not to late to send back the scales and get one that actually works.

We do not have any scales that sync with any of our software and we do not offer a downloadable app. Most likely, you have confused our site for a different one.
