Lost username, can't access old account
Hello, can anyone help please? I created my account about 18months ago and filled it up with loads of info. Now I canT remember my USERNAME and can find no way to recover it. Is there a way please? Thanks :)
p.s I had to create a new account to post this - but I want to get back into my old account if poss. |
without knowing your username, I don't think we'd have any way to find your account info.

Theoretically, if you used the same broadband Internet connection when you signed up the first time your IP "might" still be the same. That's about the only way I can think of. Lost passwords are much easier to recover.

check your email box, maybe fitday send something like happy birthday emails, which might start 'dear so-and-so, happy birthday...'

Need Help Activating Old Fitday Account
Good day Fitday Admin,
I was an advid user of fitday but stopped in about 2006. I have since moved and have a new e-mail account, so I am not able to reset my password. Can you please assist. My old e-mail was [email protected] I would prefer to return to my old account with all the custom items entered. Please advise. |

Mike, I forgot my password and after a week of trying to get my password reset and not getting any results I had to open another account. I really would like to be able to access my old account because I have over 2 years of information on it and want to retain that information. Is there anyway I could get someone to e-mail me so I can reset my password on my old account? My e-mail address is [email protected] and my user name was jenhay. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me. thanks, jenhay

I have a similar issue. I want to use my old acct, back from 2005, but I cannot get my password. After getting very frustrated I started a new acct. Then I upgraded the new acct. to premium, but the pc acct wont sync with it, because the names dont match. So I canceled the subscription to premium, made a new acct on the pc, then a new acct online, upgraded the new acct to premium and sync'd. But, now all my old info is gone, I cant find anyway to go back to my old acct, AND Ive been charged twice to upgrade to premium???? How can I get this mess sorted out? And when will the bug in the body log, (erroring sync) be corrected?
