Hello FitDay community,
I would like to formally introduce myself. My Name is Amber Weiss and I was brought on to help with community issues such as the spam our site has encountered recently.
I believe I have deleted all of it so far and banned the users responsible for it. If you see anymore spam throughout the site please post the link here so we can take care of it immediately.
You are free to post in this forum if you have any questions, issues or suggestions for the site.

Hi Amber, great job in eliminating all the spam! It is much appreciated.
As you may have noticed, we regular members find this forum to be an invaluable tool in our quests to get healthy. There is a really great group of people here and many of us would really love it if we could have some new features, like on other on-line forums, such as the ability to send personal messages, add friends and edit our avatars. (I notice the avatar feature is there but not enabled.)
If this is possible, it would be great! In the meantime, thanks again for making the forum even better!
