The site would make more money if you could actually make a purchase.
 

The payment pages doesn't work and the customer service sucks.

I computer crashed and I lost the program and the key. I can't get customer service to respond to any emails AND I can't repurchase because the payment site doesn't work.

A little help would be nice.

I don't believe that this site is being maintained anymore, given all the glitches. But I'll keep using it (been using it since 2002) until it becomes a total ghost town, cause all my custom foods are here, a list that has been growing for 20 years!

I did a WHOIS search for the fitday.com domain name and it says the registration is good until June of this year (2022). I do not expect it to renew after that so I've been trying to port my custom foods list to my fitness pal. :-(

Thanks for that info. They are clearly abandoning the site and each and every one of us loyal types as well!
