Default Can I add Vitamins?

When I go to my Reports page and see my Nutrition bar chart I notice that I am lacking in say Vitamin D or such, but I take those Vitamins. I've not noticed a way to add that I take Vitamins... am I missing something?

Create a custom food for your vitamin supplement. That way, when you take the supplement, all you need to do is add it to your log as a capsule or pill you take and it will add all those vitamins for you!

Thank you!
Yeah, I can do that...
Was just hoping that it was easier than that... you'd think that would be a given... lol

it would be nice if we could share our custom foods... just so we would have like a library of common meals... that would be a great feature!

Everyone has their own foods chart. You should create your chart as well. That will help you which foods you should take or not.

Yes, I've been using Fitday for over 10 years... but after an absence of a couple years just seeing if there were any changes, nope!

But it's a great program! Love the fact that I can enter food or exercise from anywhere! Also I can see my history from when I started!!

Great Program!!!

Let's see....

http://fitday.com/fitness/PublicJour...ner=CarlNelson

Is this what you mean?

When I 1st started on Fitday I believe I was in the 270lbs, as of today I'm 239.1... lol
But must admit I haven't been one who has paid attention the whole time, I'm sure I've yo yo'd off at least 150lbs, there have been years that I have just not paid attention.

Started back 2 weeks ago, was 248 - now 239, so if I am honest and put in my foods, I do change my habits.... when I don't track my foods... I don't pay attention and gain...

I have same prob with b5, pantothenic acid; called it to attention of fitday years ago. They are not responsive to reasonable customer input.
