Something wrong with my premium account

Cool Something wrong with my premium account

I am a subscruiber of the dietitian service, therefore I should have fitday premium activated, but when I try to sync fitday PC I receive the messege that my account is not premium therefore I can not sync. Can you please verify why my account is not premium?
