Add some lunges while vaccuuming to make it even better for your butt...

Well, I don't really know for certain that it works. But I always feel like any exercise that makes my muscles hurt the next day did something in the way of progress. And after wearing ankle weights for 2 1/2 hours while cleaning the house, my legs were on fire for 2 days.
