I hate exercise. To me, it's boring and painful and it really doesn't seem to accomplish anything. Like so many others, I've found it's more tolerable if I have music.
When I walk on the treadmill or elliptical, I usually have dubstep (preferably Skrillex, Skream, or Rhyno) blasting on my iPod. Moving to the standard 140bpm gets my heart rate up without making me feel like I'm going to die. For lifting it's industrial or EBM, something really aggro.
What do you listen to when you work out?
