Hi everyone,
I’m looking to start a career in fitness and came across personal training courses Cardiff . I’d love to hear from anyone who’s done a Level 2 Gym Instructor or Level 3 Personal Trainer course here.
From what I’ve read, these courses cover everything from anatomy and physiology to nutrition and client programming, with lots of hands-on training in gyms. I’m particularly interested in learning which course is best for someone starting out versus progressing to advanced personal training.
Also, if anyone can share their experience with course providers, flexible schedules, or practical tips for succeeding in the course, that would be amazing!
Thanks in advance for your advice. 💪
