Has anyone received great advice or tips from a trainer or nutritionist about adding strength training to a weight loss plan?

Absolutely! A trainer once told me that building muscle is like giving your metabolism a permanent upgrade. Ever since I started strength training consistently, not only do I feel stronger, but the weight has been way easier to manage.
