Default Wii

Is there an exercise for wii that we can enter into our activities for the day? Or does anyone have any idea what to put down for that category?

I just pick something fairly close. Calisthenics, light or moderate effort seems close. I just adjust the time till it more or less matches what the Wii says.

47 M 5'8"

The best exercises for weight loss are Fork Putdowns and Table Pushaways.

Yea, I was trying to figure that out too. The only thing I could think of was to add what I was doing to the journal at add how many "METS" I did that day. Considering the Wii Fit is also keeping track of what I do, I figured I probably will use the Fitday as a food tracker and the Wii fit as my activity tracker.
