Default What’s the best way to contact Lowe’s customer service about a delayed delivery?

I ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s, and the delivery was scheduled for last week, but it never arrived. I’ve tried calling their customer service, but I keep getting transferred between departments without any clear answers. Has anyone had success resolving delivery issues with Lowe’s?
