Absolutely agree that nutrition is key when it comes to fitness progress. For anyone starting their muscle-building journey, understanding how to align your diet with your training is essential. Yeah this is facts — training is only half the game, what you eat matters just as much, maybe even more sometimes. You can work out hard every day, but if you’re not fueling your body right, you’ll feel tired, not recover well, and your results will be slower.
Learning about macros (protein, carbs, fats) helped me a lot. Like, getting enough protein really made a difference with muscle growth and recovery. Carbs give you energy to push harder in workouts, and fats help with hormones and overall health.
Also stuff like hydration, vitamins, and minerals matter more than people think — low energy or bad sleep can sometimes be fixed just by eating better.
