The way I exercise is to climb stairs to lose weight. I warm up before climbing stairs, but I checked online and found that climbing stairs is very harmful to the knees, so I would like to ask if there is any way to reduce the damage to my knees when I warm up. Injury, do you need to do any exercise besides stretching after exercise? Also, what kind of exercise can help you lose weight and cause the least damage to your knees?
