Did Zumba for 45 min this morning and then a 20min Core training. And just did the Curves Circuit on my diner break tonight:):

90 minute run today. Hitting the heavy plates tomorrow.

Lifted heavy last night at the gym (90min) and then ran 30min this morning (3.7 miles)

Great workout with sandbag core board and body weight for about 20 minutes then hit the slide board for 25 super fun.

30 minutes aggressive lifting. 45 minute slowww run.

Had to take one of the dogs to the vet this morning for maintenance, and that threw me off my usual treadmill schedule, so I took the other dog into town with me and took him for a fast walk. It was a mile less than I normally do, but at least I got in half an hour of exercise today. Still have errands to run, groceries to get, so I think the deficit will be made up.

Ran a 5k race this morning (22:45 7:20 pace) and then hit the gym for 1:15min.-worked on abs back and light leg work.
Whew! time for a nap...:)

Wow, nice time sw07! I finally broke my pace mile but I am still soooo slow! :rolleyes:

I will be running tonight with a friend and ALL my dogs! :D Ok, maybe I will be pulled, dragged or knocked off my feet, but I am counting it as a run! :p

Ya-Thanks! I just realized that its a new personal record, I even had to stop and re-tie a shoe at the halfway mark :mad:
